If the bartender or server assigned to your event encounters an emergency (such as illness or an accident) and is unable to attend, we have multiple backup staff in every region we do business. In the unlikely event our backup staff also be unavailable you will receive a full refund of your payment (including deposit and/or balance) by the next business day.
